Tap 100 artefacts you control - 120g.

I mean, I get the idea, but ugh. That's 1.2 gold per point of progress, probably the lowest of any quest. I am pretty sure I'll just refresh tomorrow, but if anyone has a decklist that's viable for getting it in ~5 games, I'll try (that's still 20 per game. Ugh.)

W/B crats is pretty good at it, getting a wide board and attacking counts as tapping

It's the type of quest you'll gradually do over a couple days while completing and reroling other quests

Well, if you play the game consistently (and thus always have basically all your quest spots open), you can treat it like we did the energy 1 per generator quest and just ignore it until it completes randomly in a week.

I feel like the Rakdos Artifact deck I posted earlier today would work well for this. 22 total artifacts in the deck that can tap, capping out at 3cmc and with cost reduction from Foundry Inspector which allows you to get a good deal of artifacts on the table quite quickly. The deck is pretty competent as well, but I feel isn't 100% done being mucked with yet.

Should be able to get it done without having to play too many games.

The other options that come to mind would be some sort of Thopter or Articrats build that poops out ton of tokens.

You can also sandbag tezzeret vs. liliana, if you want.

The only quest I am going to auto reroll is the worst one and I honestly don't think this is the worst one. I have a Radkos artifact deck (with a splash of blue) that runs 15 artifacts and could EVENTUALLY get this one. I'm not at rank 40 yet so I am playing a ton so I wouldn't mind keeping it to be honest. It's not a good quest, that's for sure, but guys I really think the worst one I've seen is:

am i right that it totally sucks? You could conceivably have that quest FOREVER in your quests log. I can't remember if it's energy generation or spending energy but the fact that it has to be the perfect storm of having at 15 energy AND winning the match, no...just no. And it's only 80 gold I think. That's my auto-reroll quest this season so far. I would keep the stupid 100 artifact tap one for now. It might be a different story when I hit rank 40.

That's a quest? Yeah, I'd probably re-roll that. I legitimately don't believe I have ever generated more than 10 energy in a game ever.

even with a dedicated energy deck I don't think I've EVER done more than 15 since the game is always over before that happens. I hate that quest.

Even my Gruul "Energy" deck only has about 10 cards that generate energy (and that's including Hubs).

Slap both copies of Dynavolt Tower into your Esper control deck. This was actually how I did the 30 Energy quest back when it was bugged and could often get it done in 2-3 games. If I got lucky enough to lock someone out early and have them concede I could also finish up against the AI with little threat and easily milk the game to get all 30 Energy (again, back when it was 1 per activation because of the bug) in a single game.

For whatever reason, this actually did better with that quest than my Gruul Energy deck back then, but that was likely because of the bug. The other upside is that being a control deck, once you get a soft lock, you can easily sit back all day long and generate energy without fear of reprisal (whereas most of the other Energy decks are looking to close out games ASAP with aggressive creatures).

Autoreroling this quest is simply wrong. If you play everyday (or every 2 days), you can leave the quest, while completing the other ones.It will slowly get completed and it's still the highest reward quest
