 Post subject: Need help on xbox one

So a while back whenever I started the game up it'd ask if I wanted to load from my console or the cloud and I always had to choose the cloud because for whatever reason that's what it'd save to when I quit. Now my game doesn't ask me anything when I start it up and everything I've done and my decks are gone. I created a new deck then restarted the game to see if it saved it and it did not. Any input on how to fix this would be much appreciated

Did this happen after you completed downloading recent update?

When I finished downloading, it gave me a prompt I don't recall ever seeing before, asking if I wanted to use last save on xbone or last save on cloud. Wondering if you could have chosen wrong option by accident and that's why you don't have anything saved in game?

Did you hard reboot your console? Unplug the power cable and hold down the On button for 15 seconds? It's worth a try..

Megabeast I tried what you said, my stuff is still gone but at least it's saving my decks now. I always delete and edit a decks with each new set so I'm OK with that. Just glad it's saving what I'm building now

The cloud VS local question is important, luckily it lists the dates of the last saves to both. Just select the most recent one in the future, easy

Yeah, I learned a few updates ago that the cloud is usually the better choice.

I was also having issues on xb1 with the local v. Cloud and losing my presets/preferences. A hard reboot fixed my problems too.

Otherwise, it seems that they've finally ironed out some of the bugs with matchmaking on Xbox.
