Much better than Dralnu, Lich Lord except that you can't recur counterspells

Dralnu also has a broader color identity for EDH. Still, this is strong.

I really like the idea of a strong blue card that encourages you to not put counterspells in your deck so that you focus on the other things that the color can do.
