When I firsts glanced at the art of Brutal Cthathar when scrolling through spoilers I thought that hat was a canine head with its teeth bared looking to the left and I was like "Oh? A white werewolf soldier". I was right, but not for the right reason.

Well this looks ridiculous ... Banisher Priest with built in recursion. Then again I may just be overly wary because of Huntmaster of the Fells

Unless I'm quite mistaken, it's even stronger. It doesn't "Give back" the first victim when it wolfs out.

Exactly; in fact as long as the player can keep alternating between Daybound and Nightbound while protecting this creature (which, between being white and having Ward on the Nightbound side, seems quite easy), the player can eventually exile any number of creatures the opponent controls indefinitely.

It's still the same creature/object after it transforms, I don't see any reason as to why they would remain exiled.

Oh is that what Tevesh meant? I mean I understood the whole same creature thing (mostly because it uses the this creature phrasing as opposed to directly refering by name), but I assumed Tevesh meant transforming into Nightbound form by wolf out.

The creatures remain exiled when this transforms, but not when this leaves the battlefield (regardless of what face it's on). I think everyone understands the card but not what each other is saying. What stands out about this card is it's able to have multiple creatures banished at once, unlike Banisher Priest

Flop has the right of it: I was commenting that this is stronger than "Banisher Priest with Recursion" because it can banish more than one target where a Banisher that recurs (whether from GY or by flickering) still only banishes one.

That's fair; I guess when I said with recursion, I should have been more clear on how exactly it was recursive--that is the repeated exiling of a creature. Trying to think of another existing example, though closest I can think of are Realm Razer and Worldgorger Dragon in that they exile multiple objects once whereas this exiles one object multiple times.

Huh, Grasping Giant is a pretty neat inversion of Wall of Nets. Hadn't noticed it before.
