Auto-include in every green tribal commander deck? Except maybe for big tribes like dragons.

I always like Future Sight effects, and this one looks really fun. It also gives me hope that maybe one day my werewolf deck will be halfway decent.

I don't see why this wouldn't fit in big tribes. They usually suffer some anyways from the lack of smaller curve fillers and it can still be nice to have an effectively extra card in hand
