I agree. It's kinda Llanowar Visionary-esque but it fits +1/+1 GB, landfall RGW, and GU kicker ramp.

And life gain for clerics if you splash green in your WB deck

If they thought Explore was too efficient for ramp, do you think people would play a 3 mana explore even without the extra stuff you get from this?
