Seems really good. Turn 1: play a Mysterious Egg or another 1 drop. Turn 2, swing with Egg, flash this in for its mutate cost, deals 2-3 damage and draw a card.

Ooh, instant-speed mutate for just two mana. This is a great way to get those mutate triggers going.

2/2 keeps this from being too crazy, but is going to be great onto a 1-drop.
