IMO, this is huge. Perma-prowess on a flying haste body for 2? Sign me up. Also a nice slice of Godzilla lore to include. I'm hoping we get a Biollante and Destroyah somewhere in here, we've seen most of the big names already, they've got room

Stormchaser Mage already sees play off and on. The initial toughness might be an issue, but I could see this making a splash in any format with a reasonable number of low cost cantrips. Also it's cute.
