Nice, this is going to be pretty fun. The removal and life gain are good, but I'm more excited about having double strike with stuff like Dreadhorde Butcher or Rankle. |

Even without mutate, this is baseline 6/5 of stats for 4 mana, which is not bad at all. |

As I understand it, Caesar is pretty big in Japan, being culturally resonant and a favorite of the director, despite his few appearances. |
