Nice, this is going to be pretty fun. The removal and life gain are good, but I'm more excited about having double strike with stuff like Dreadhorde Butcher or Rankle.

Even without mutate, this is baseline 6/5 of stats for 4 mana, which is not bad at all.

As I understand it, Caesar is pretty big in Japan, being culturally resonant and a favorite of the director, despite his few appearances.
