Dino kitties!

OK, Fluctuator.dec incoming, but I think the dino cat payoff is a little light. Then again, Cycling has showed up so many times there's plenty of tech with it.

Okay so this is a hell of a card draw engine. Like even with only being once per turn, use that on bigger Cycles with extra abilities then just use mana on smaller cycles.
