Tectonic Giant
Creature - Elemental Giant
Whenever Tectonic Giant attacks or becomes the target of a spell an opponent controls, choose one -
- Tectonic Giant deals 3 damage to each opponent.
- Exile the top two cards of your library. Choose one of them. Until the end of your next turn, you may play that card.

It's more of a thing they do because they should and not because they can.
Commune with Lava does it because it costs a lot of mana, Light up the Stage does it because you're incentivized to cast it post-combat, and this one does it because your opponent is going to trigger it at inconvenient times.

This card is sweet. The only time it doesn't replace itself is when it dies immediately to a board wipe (or if you somehow see two cards that you can't play), and when your opponent gets low, it starts swinging for 6 instead!

Seems like an immediate mono-red staple, although it does have to compete with Torbran and Experimental Frenzy. I could see this replacing Frenzy, though. It also synergizes with Torbran quite well, swinging for 10 damage instead of 6.
