This card looks like a lot of fun, even if it restricts what you can do.

This is good with on-board mana sinks, since you won't be using mana to cast spells.

It sort of feels like Experimental Frenzy but this wants most of your deck to cost closer to 4 or 5.

So if you have big red dudes, this can effectively double your mana, also fixes your mana letting you play wacky five color red things
