Legendary Creature - Merfolk Wizard
This spell casts 1 less to cast for each artifact you control.
When Emry, Lurker of the Loch enters the battlefield, put the top four cards of your library into your graveyard.

: Choose target artifact card in your graveyard. You may cast that card this turn.

Given that she can do it every turn she feel less like she is bestowing a legendary treasure on the king and more like she is trying to clean up all of the litter that got dumped in her Loch.

THere's already a deck using Kethis to cast Mox Amber from the graveyard. She can self-mill and allow you to cast an artifact from the grave, could she have a spot?

Mox Amber will be rotating out. New standard will just be the three Ravnica sets, M20, and Throne of Eldraine.
