That's a lot of 1 damage! I imagine an EDH deck of this guy could get a fairly quick global kill by landing him, self milling, and exiling 'yard if necessary.

Also, I think this guy resurrects Four Horsemen, since he'll do damage whenever you mill (and shuffle back) Emrakul, acting as a Dread Returnable kill condition and avoiding slow play calls.
