Hmm. This might do something. I'm inclined to say pick them up while they are cheap before someone breaks it.

This has tons of potential. Having haste no matter what really helps him A LOT.

Oh wow I read from the graveyard and paying it's cost. This is far better and more interesting. The ability to bluff is very strong.

This is the Tribute card I like the most so far. This is a very good 4-drop for Mono-Red (if it's still a deck after rotation AND if it wants 4-drops at all).

I dunno, how powerful is a 5/3 haste for 4 even with no drawback? This ain't exactly Hellrider. And the drawback is pretty severe if the opponent knows you're not banking on them choosing not to tribute him. Say you get a free two mana spell outta this, it's like you paid two mana for a 3/1 haste on turn 4, still not awe inspiring.

So if I build around it your opponent just gives me a 5/4 and my deck doesn't work? Cool.

Interesting card. Like Lily said, bluffing is always good. Looks solid to me, I see it in Aggro decks with a few big hitter spells...maybeBoulderfall...

Obviously requires some skill to play though...as far as I can tell it's the only Tribute card I'd really have to think about if it were played against me.

The list of spells that I would have fun casting with this card (and then never not get a 5/3 haste creature ever again from my friends):
Alpha Brawl
Army of the Damned
Cruel Ultimatum
Crush of Wurms
Plague Wind
Storm Herd
Time Stretch

Literally the last thing minotaur.dec needs is another 4 drop.

Except there's a minotaur that drops the costs of other minotaurs. I also never said I would compete with it or anything, just that I want to build it. Sheesh.
