There were a lot of spoilers today but I'm just going to post the marquee cards.

I gotta say, I wasn't expecting the setting's Loki equivalent to be Tibalt in disguise.

I wasn't expecting hte in disguise part, I was certain for a while it was Tibalt (though I'm also guessing Ashiok is involved but veiled by them not having acard)

I think there's a lot of value in his mini-form. Being able to run a game-ending planeswalker card advantage engine that can also be an early-game speedbump against aggro has a not of value. Screw up their mana curve, trade for a guy, and buy time until you can get your big spells online. I think any deck that runs this will probably end up casting it as a 2 drop more than as a 7 drop.

I like the Standard arts best. The Tibalt Standard art, I feel like there is a Joker art somewhere that I've seen before that is in that exact post.

The Standard Valki, God of Lies just looks like Wharf Infiltrator.

Perhaps this will summon back John Mathias and usher in a new golden age of NGA.

I don't like any of these arts for Valki. Showcase is the absolute worst, he looks like the Joker wearing a parka. But they all just look so bad and just feel like a standard Warlock with little that's really Godly except the eyes maybe.

That Tibalt art tho...I have a friend I've sent this art to because he's into Tibalt lol. I still think the parka looks a bit dumb but at least the other two are good. Standard is probably better than Borderless tho, look how flamboyant he is. Amazing.

Tibalt kills a god and takes their stuff*? So that's why we're heading for a D&D set!

Also, it was shared that you can Cascade into Valki and choose to cast Tibalt instead. With, say, Bloodbraid Elf.

Any way I can get the standard back with the borderless front?

That sounds like it may have implications.
