This with a fetchland seems like the easiest way yet to get three combat phases in one turn

It's notable that you don't get another main phase after the additional combat phases.

I think if you landfall in your first main phase, you’ll get two combat phases in a row and then your normal second main phase

You probably shouldn't though, because your normal combat phase will come second, and your creatures won't untap at the start of that one.
