Legendary Artifact (R)
Whenever a creature you control leaves the battlefield, if it had counters on it, put those counters on ~.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, if ~ has counters on it, you may move all counters from ~ onto target creature.
As it twists, so does all life around it.

As someone that plays a +1/+1 counter themed Atraxa commander deck, this card is the most exciting thing I've seen spoiled yet.

Interesting how it's all-or-nothing: an enemy could disrupt attempts to share ability counters by killing something with -1/-1

This is actually pretty interesting with Modular, as when the creature with Modular dies, this and target creature get the counters.

Also, Gideon walkers like this a lot if you have a way to blink them ... maybe Venser?
