There is a sanctuary that reveals itself only to those graced by the eludha--the mystical connection between bonder and monster.

Definitely a commander powerhouse, and probably will see play as at least a 1-of in a lot of standard and pioneer decks, could even see it finding a place in modern and legacy.

Yeah this is basically an auto-include in EDH if your commander fits the condition. I use Sea Gate Wreckage a lot, and that's terrible compared to this.

Everything's relative. Wreckage was efficient land draw but the activation cost is harder (meaning you need other :c: sources, so it can't slot as easily into 3+ color decks) and the condition (hellbent) is much harder, and something you don't naturally want to be doing. This doesn't take :c: and rewards you for what you already wanted to do rather than what you wanted to avoid.

SGW is one of my pet cards. I like that it gives you fuel when you need it most, but it does ask that you sometimes use your cards sub-optimally.
Chances are I'll play both through, or all three with Arch of Orazca.
