There is a sanctuary that reveals itself only to those graced by the eludha--the mystical connection between bonder and monster.

Definitely a commander powerhouse, and probably will see play as at least a 1-of in a lot of standard and pioneer decks, could even see it finding a place in modern and legacy.

Yeah this is basically an auto-include in EDH if your commander fits the condition. I use Sea Gate Wreckage a lot, and that's terrible compared to this.

Those are some fighting words.

Everything's relative. Wreckage was efficient land draw but the activation cost is harder (meaning you need other sources, so it can't slot as easily into 3+ color decks) and the condition (hellbent) is much harder, and something you don't naturally want to be doing. This doesn't take and rewards you for what you already wanted to do rather than what you wanted to avoid.

SGW is one of my pet cards. I like that it gives you fuel when you need it most, but it does ask that you sometimes use your cards sub-optimally.
Chances are I'll play both through, or all three with Arch of Orazca.
