A decent storm enabler? Four mana is a bit expensive, but it combos well with cheap burn/cantrip spells and artifacts that cost .

This is going to be amazing for EDH, I'm just sad that being a wedge enchantment means you can only really use it in a few decks

Hey Jeskai Ascendancy, you're looking... different? On the 1 hand, this is cleaner and just straight drawing is better than looting (usually), though this one's not a "may" ability. On the other, 1 more mana to cast and no untap/prowess shenanigans, so fewer combo applications than we had with Ascendancy back in the day.
