Unpredictable Cyclone |
Enchantment (R)
If a cycling ability of another nonland card would cause you to draw a card, instead exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a card that shares a card type with the cycled card. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then put the exiled cards that weren't cast this way on the bottom of your library in a random order.
Cycling (, Discard this card: Draw a card.)

This looks like a hoot and half. My inner Johnny is super excited.

This is insane, but it's more a Timmy than Johnny card IMO. Absolutely want it in Cycling.dec but I'm not sure whether it'll usually be more useful to have this out or to get the cards which can then themselves be cycled for a Fluctuator loop.

Also, huzzah for a card where random order on the bottom makes sense, as it did with Cascade. Still wish Any Order was the default again.
