Does fun stuff with Mox Amber and Arcum's Astrolabe among other things.

Yeah this guy seems like a fun commander. With ways and means to reduce his cost and get more mana out of stuff, especially non-human mana producers, this could be a pretty powerful engine to burn through your deck and accelerate to craziness.

Biomancer's Familiar, Training Grounds, Heartstone can eliminate all 5 of that generic mana

Like most blue-green commanders, generates loads of resources.
