You can swing with this on turn 4 without ramp. That's pretty scary, even if the trigger isn't likely to do much at that point.

It also just looks really cute! Definitely wouldn't mind picking up this deck.

The face makes me think of if Toothless was mixed with a raptor. I desperately want to put this onto a Deathtouch Creature or maybe under an Elusive Krasis.

I don't really foresee mutation being that troubled with card disadvantage since so far they're pretty much all potential value engines with etb triggers that have inherent fizzle protection.

So if you bounce a creature with multiple mutates do they all come back to your hand or do mutates go to the graveyard?

They’re one permanent. You don’t bounce a creature with multiple mutates, you bounce the permanent made of all those cards. The only time I’m unsure is with Leadership vacuum.
