Legendary Creature - Nightmare Insect (M)
When ~ enters the battlefield, put a flying counter on any creature you control if a creature card in your graveyard has flying. Repeat this process for first strike, double strike, deathtouch, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach trample, and vigilance. Then put a +1/+1 counter on ~ for each counter put on a creature this way.

I love that if you somehow have all of those abilities in your graveyard, you get an absurd 14/14 voltron creature.

Amusing, not sure how often it's going to work out, but amusing.

Purely from a commander perspective he seems really obnoxious to play against. It's not that difficult to get him to become a big/big indestructible hexproof effectively unblockable keyword soup.

Yeah, his self-mill game is on point, and in all the right colors. That said, Grave Hate in EDH is easy and cheap. Unless you pull a big self-mill combo and same-turn him (at which point there are better things to do), he'll eat Relic of Progenitus or Rest in Peace somewhere in setup and do nothing a lot.

I love him and I will use him and I may actually shell out the money to get a Batra alter of him to go with Mothra if there isn't an actual Batra alter in the set. But also his aesthetic and the Nightmare Insect typeline gives him a Hollow Knight vibe and I'm an DOWN for that. Definitely making this dude.

It's not that difficult to set up a pretty big payoff with minimal investment, a couple of choice creatures gets you pretty far, they don't even need to be Zetalpa.
