Putting Elspeth being a complete badass aside, this seems really good. The boost isn't much, but I'm imagining it being used more as a way to deal with sticky creatures in EDH.

So it doesn't even need to be equipped to anything to use that effect. Very decent casting and equip cost for good abilities. Also of course a god killer but I swear to God Wizards if you just kill off gods and destroy Theros I will be pissed. Let Elspeth get her revenge on teh one and then leave to be a hero elsewhere.

The mix of like light and darkness and such makes me think KH

Delicious. It's super efficient and hoses a lot of really irritating things.

EDIT: Really, this might be kind of OP. The equipment effects are nothing to sneeze at (Compare Behemoth Sledge. Half the price to cast+equip and no color requirements for giving +1/+1 rather than +2/+2), and frankly I'd play the card WITHOUT anything equipment based (I run Glaring Spotlight just to hose hexproof).

I love that this isn't mythic.
