So where's the drawback? 5-mana 8/8 tramples should have drawbacks, right?

The opponent gets the tokens so if they are ready to immediately murder it they get free tokens. If you really need a blocker this is worse than a vanilla creatures because they can tap it down (although you can play it second mainphase and you get 3 life when they tap it so it's not much of a drawback). The card is stronger than what I consider fun but if you are looking for drawbacks that's them.
