Yeah I guess that was a no brainer. I'll see if I can generate one with a non trivial decision.

Maybe this one is more interesting:

1 x Dragon Throne of Tarkir
1 x Ride Down
1 x Waterwhirl
1 x Swarm of Bloodflies
1 x Snowhorn Rider
1 x Summit Prowler
1 x Sultai Banner
1 x Wind-Scarred Crag
1 x Force Away
1 x Tusked Colossodon
1 x Salt Road Patrol
1 x Scaldkin
1 x Arrow Storm
1 x Crippling Chill

Yeah, it's somewhat narrow between Dragon Throne and Ride Down. I think it's going to have to be Ride Down for me. Ride down is a pretty solid removal spell, while Dragon Throne is a card that looks great on paper but I've seen take just too much work to get value overall Waterwhirl deserves an honorable mention, but I like the cheap hard removal better, especially when it sets you up for Jeskai or Mardu, the two most aggressive clans.

Interesting. For me, the pick was Snowhorn Rider. Temur seems so very solid.

The thing is, tricolor can and often will wheel, especially P1 where you don't want to lock yourself into one and only one clan. Snowhorn rider, Abomination of Gudul and the like go later than they should. If we want to leverage temur in this pack, I think the pick is Waterwhirl since you'll still be open if great Sultai or Jeskai comes down the pipeline

Most people I have talked to think Temur is the weakest clan. But it can also be very open, because Jeskai is the other perceived weak sister and they share Izzet (ah, my Izzet, why you so bad in limited?*). It's interesting that you like Temur because you hate counters and I have been thinking that running countermagic might be the way to roll in Temur.

I certainly don't think Snowhorn Rider is first pickable. I was at a draft where I passed about 7 of them. If I wanted to go Temur I would take one of the instants or arrow storm first.

I think this pack is between the Rare and 3 uncommons (all of which are somewhat flawed).
Dragon Throne of Tarkir really seems like it has potential but I think you have to build around it.
Ride Down is good removal, but only if you are the beat down. And in my (limited) experience you cannot force a beat down deck in KTK draft.
Waterwhirl is a blowout but very expensive, and even
Swarm of Bloodflies is probably the best creature and there are some good synergies with it... but in the end is it that much better than Scaldkin??

Arrow Storm is maybe Waterwhirl lite... but going to the dome is pretty neat.

I might just take the dual land here.

* Exception: RU artifacts in M15.

Slam dunk Dragon Throne of Tarkir. The card has been nothing but good to me.

I like the Temur fat, not the counters. I also like Jeskai, again, tempo plays, not counters or card draw.

I kind of agree with your analysis, and the second pick for me would be Ride Down.

Throne is a bomb. And colorless. That wasn't very hard, at least for me.

Throne has been wonderful for me, but Tevish is right that sometimes it takes a bit too much to be an official "bomb", especially with the amount of removal in the set. In a specific build it can wreck shop. In all other builds...if you have enough creatures for it to work, its probably winmore, but not always.

I havent seen Ride Down in action, but it seems reasonable.

Swarm of Bloodflies has been difficult to fight against in many scenarios.

I think, based on versatility, it's either Throne or Flies....I've seen Throne wheel...I havent seen Flies wheel.

I gotta go Swarm of Bloodflies.

Dragon Throne is pretty poop. Ride Down is good. Swarm is solid.

I'd say Ride Down.

Dragon Throne is a bomb in the sense that basic land is a bomb. It takes a whole turn to play then another turn to equip then you have to pay mana to activate. I'm not sure what game state in which this is good but most likely any other card would still have been good and not have taken two turns to get going without effecting the board.

The good game states for me involve Ponyback Brigade and/or Hordeling Outburst...or Abzan Ascendancy.

I've always put a premium on removal in limited so...probably either Ride Down or Arrowstorm.

The throne is really interesting though, some people go gaga for it and others (like myself) just go kinda meh for it.
