With the popularity of the first one I have decided to start a second. Same rules apply as the previous one.

Intrepid Hero kills basically all the good creatures ever, repeatably, and it's splashable.

Definitely a cool pack. I am leaning towards overrun because it's literally the only green card in the pack.

I think both Overrun and Shaman are in the spot in that they're the only cards of their colors in the pack. The difference is that we can splash Shaman, and we'll never splash Overrun.

There are other red cards...? Shaman. Splashable and slow format is slow.

lot of strong options here, but Overruns wins any game you cast it in at anything close to parity. the triple green is sad but we're in a good position to cut green right now.

Shaman seems best here. Bomby, and much more flexible than overrun color wise.

Seal of Doom. We're going to be getting no green from the left at this rate (with how we were debating it, somebody close is going to pick overrun) and while I don't particularly want to face the slime, pick 2 is not the time for what's going to end up hate after pack 2.

5 mana to get 7 creatures and 12 power and toughness is a bomb. You may feel like that's not a bomb, and that's fine, removal is a good pick as well.

But speculating on how green is going to be cut because of a pick we passed isn't a sound way to draft. Take whatever you think is the best card and leave it at that.

It's a green signal. Yes, pick two, but still, somebody picked something else over a bomb rare. For the first few picks, I like to just pick the best card.

yeah but we just sent a huge green signal too.

although that may actually work to our favor, since we pass left more than right. if green dries up quickly to our left then we'll get plenty of it in packs 1 and 3, and we can just focus on our other color in 2. Mitotic Slime is a bomb, and I'm happy to take it here.

I'd like savor the moment, but we might not be able to support it. I think slime is the way to go.

EDIT: Imagine picking up soul exchange on the wheel... hehe

I'm not picking a Green card after passing Overrun. Seal of Doom. Removal is good no matter what we get in this draft.
