For my next fun draft I'm going to do one more Random pack draft.

Same rules apply as before.

I could see passing Toshiro if there was a good white card. But there ain't so I ain't passing the samurai.

Bleeder looks alright, though I'm eyeing the volley too for toshiro. Thoughts?

It's P1P3. I think we just take the best card, and I think that card is Ninja of the Deep Hours.

I remember that one as a strong card, but I was mostly playing sealed at the time. It fits with one of our themes - instants for Toshiro. It's not a Fox, but there aren't any in the pack.

Blue-black could be strong too, so Ninja is a good pick. Still, it means we won't be playing all of our first picks, and in Kamigawa block, card quality will fall off sharply after the first few picks.

I think this is exactly why we pick it. If we get cut from Black or White one of the first 2 picks is dead anyway, if we double up on a color for an above average card, we run the risk of only getting to play 1 from our first 3.
