It was a grab a pack draft online(not mtgo)...
Opponent attacks with a
Krosan vorine my
sootfeather flock.
I cast
traitor's clutch on it and block with a
pit keeper.
Unfortunately he had
bewilder in hand...,but it still buyed me time to get enough lands for
urza's factory.
Then I finished the game by casting both parts of
fires of undeath targeting my opponent.
So I got to spend 5 mana to give to one of my creatures "can't block this turn", then I spent 8 mana multiple times for some bears with flash and then I payed 9 mana to burn something for 4.
I think that I haven't payed so much mana for such "underwhelming" effects since I payed 24 mana in a edh game..for a
whispers of the muse.
