So this weeks old draft format online is Invasion block. I was wondering if there is any hits, tips, tricks, cards to look for, etc?

From my understanding its a dual color heavy block. I know there are some enemy and some allied. Is it a set where you try and pick 3 colors?

I generally try to stick at 2 colors but if you open a bomb like Spiritmonger in Apocalypse then going 3 is worthwhile

Or you could try for a Domain deck. IIRC, most domain cards are bad at 2, good at 4, and great at 5. Also, look for money cards, for a long time Invasion cards like Vindicate were very sought after.

Other than telling you to draft Flametounge Kavu, not much I can say.

Oh, and Kavu Chameleon. And that kavu that becomes colorless.

It might help in case they every release it in the future. It doesn't have much secondary value so they might skip it for a while in favor of other drafts. Maybe we need some kind of guide or thread for each previous draft set.

Nah, most of the Kavu aren't that great. Flametounge is just the best card in the set, and the other two are able to dodge a lot of the removal in the format and are solid bodies.
