Just for funsies...I went 1-2 with this deck yesterday. I tried to join a draft, got a message saying I was unable to join, restarted MTGO to see if that was the issue and when it reloaded I was halfway through the draft. What was really weird was that I kept seeing picks in my pool and then I would get the next pick and my entire pool would be different. At one point I had an ok looking build with Deathcap Cultivator and Cryptolith Rite and a bunch of 5CMC Black and Red cards. Started to organize the picks to see if I could salvage, another random pick would flop into the pool and it would be a 100% different pool which had none of those cards. After this repeating two more times I just watched in awe. I never got to make a single pick. Cobbled this together:
It went surprisingly well, Round 1 was close, but they played Sorin, Grim Nemesis and killed my Emissary and the game was frozen until I only had 16 minutes left, so game 2 I had three minutes to win and it wasn't going to happen.
Round 2 I won game 1 against a fairly poor b/r aggro deck, and then lost the next two. Game 2 was close but they played safe, wiped my board with Biting Rain and then got incremental advantage while I searched for Observer. Game 3 they just had me with quick creatures while I stumbled after my third land drop.
Round 3 was a bye!
A few notes: I accidentally put in Not Forgotten over Militant Inquisitor and clicked submit. After that, glitches kept emptying my "deck" area and I couldn't resubmit. Not Forgotten actually turned out to be a pretty sweet combo with Gissa's Bidding and/or Murderous Compulsion depending on the board state. I might explore this in another draft, but I certainly don't think its "good". Emissary is actually a pretty decent card and I was surprised with it's power level each game.
I definitely asked for reimbursement...minus the one SOI pack I received for my one "win".
From my experience, unable to join usually means "because you're already in the draft". I hope you get compensated.
Not much you can do with this pool. Grafstone and Behind the Scenes are cards I'd hope not to play, but there's just the Inquisitor to add. Not forgotten is not a bad card. Not a high pick either, unless you already have a bomb, but not bad. Fail case is a Spirit, which affects the board and can trade with some things.
These issues are understandable. Probably the connection was reset at an awkward time, and unplanned-for things happened. It's very hard to catch these things, since they probably cannot be reproduced at will. Every big software project has these things. Wizards problem is that a few years ago, they had way too many of them, and now they have a bad reputation.

Well it happened twice, they reimbursed me for this one (the first time I didn't sign back into MTGO but the next day my product was gone). I made both claims on one ticket though, so they told me to resubmit for the first one.
