Including Devoid that cost blue.

1. Eldrazi Skyspawner
2. Clutch of Currents
3. Rush of Ice
4. Incubator Drone
5. Anticipate

The 3/5 poop looter (Oracle of Dust) might be good too but possible too mana intensive.
Also Murk Strider/Benthic Inflitrator but I am not sure this deck works. I am possibly overrating awaken.

Eldrazi Skyspawner
Clutch of Currents
Incubator Drone
Murk Strider
Rush of Ice

But Cloud Manta and Wave-Wing Elemental are going to close out games fast, too. The Awaken guys would be playable without the versatility. They seem pretty good with it.

Well, I'm betting on that deck working :)

It's hard to see what blue is about, there are at least three directions to go here (UW skies, UB ingest/control, five-color converge good stuff). I imagine skies will be good in the beginning, and ingest a bit later, when the right balance between ingesters and processors is found.

Oh, and I'm only looking at commons for these; I haven't looked at the uncommons yet, which might change some of these rankings.

3. Incubator Drone
4. Benthic Infiltrator
5. Oracle of Dust or Murk Strider

I think the Processors deck works, due to the cheap Ingest dudes that only you will want (Mist Intruder) and the spells that exile stuff.

Eldrazi Skyspawner
Benthic Infiltrator
Incubator Drone
Murk Strider
Coralhelm Guide

Really like blue in this set. It is definitely the color you want if you are going for the "return cards from exile" archetype. Either red/blue or black/blue.

Apart from eldrazi skyspawner at #1 the rest is synergy dependant.

If you can get any kind of overrun effect (spawn surge in black, or the blue uncommon "colorless lord" for eg) then the evasive ingest guys become good even without processors, and the scion makers become better too.

Clutch of Currents is synergy dependent?

Ok, I guess clutch is straight up #2. I just haven't got a chance to play it yet. In fact I haven't seen many lands been awakened at all which is a shame cause I really like the mechanic.

I missed the return two cards on the Oracle, somehow I just saw the mana cost. That takes it off the list, probably.

Awaken is a deceptive mechanic, after the first few games it seems to be much better than it looks. Clutch is a fine example, such a huge tempo swing, effectively removes a blocker and gives you a haste creature. I also like the new Mana Leak.

It only makes you return one card.

The one shot processers have more powerful effects than the repeatable processers - you only use the repeatable ones if you have managed to exile more cards than you really needed to (like you include an unblockable ingester just to meet the threshold of your one shot processers, but the game goes long and it ends up exiling ten cards).

Still, Siege Mastodon is not something you see in blue every day. That's partly how you can tell this format is a bit on the slower side. Usually blue would get Armored Cancrix.

Tightening Coils has been disappointing but points to how this is actually an evasion dominated set.
