1st place I am now ready for Zendikar, I wanted to do 1 Ghirapur Aether grid deck before welcoming the new set figures i'd post the deck. worked great but no lord, or consuls, 3 Ghirapur Gearcrafter 1 whirler rogue 1 gold forged sentinel 1 thopter engineer 1 akroan sergeant 1 guardians of meletis 1 reclusive artificer 1 ring warden owl 1 maritime guard 1 subterranean scout 1 cobble brute 2 fiery impulse 1 disperse 2 ravaging blaze 1 lightning javeling 1 Anchor the Æther 1 travelers sidearm 1 throwing knife 1 ghirapu Æther grid 0 Consuls sb 3 fairie miscreant 1 negate 1 calculated dismissal 1 fiery conclusion |

This has about 3 less artifacts than I'd like for an Aether Grid deck, but still, good show. I've probably done about 50 Origins drafts now and I don't remember seeing Thopter Engineer ever. Not once. Not opened, not passed. |

Funny, I've gotten them like pick 10! Deck would be better with more dudes (real ones, not miscreants) instead of Aethergrid and Veteran's Sidearm |

I first picked an engineer today, over Demonic Pact, and never saw another thopter maker. |
