I am still too cheap for MTGO so I dork around with cockatrice drafts. This deck was pretty interesting: 2 x Guardians of Meletis 1 x Watercourser 1 x Aspiring Aeronaut 2 x Thunderclap Wyvern 1 x Nivix Barrier 1 x Whirler Rogue 2 x Stalwart Aven 1 x Gold-Forged Sentinel 2 x Swift Reckoning 1 x Claustrophobia 1 x Healing Hands 1 x Alchemist's Vial 2 x Sphinx's Tutelage 1 x Calculated Dismissal 2 x Artificer's Epiphany 1 x Anchor to the AEther 1 x Tragic Arrogance 2 x Foundry of the Consuls 8 x Island 7 x Plains Sideboard 1 x Calculated Dismissal 1 x Enlightened Ascetic 1 x Screeching Skaab 1 x Dreadwaters 1 x Deep-Sea Terror 1 x Yoked Ox 1 x Orbs of Warding 1 x Aven Battle Priest 1 x Smash to Smithereens 1 x Wild Instincts 1 x Firefiend Elemental 1 x Demolish 1 x Llanowar Empath 1 x Ghirapur Gearcrafter 1 x Call of the Full Moon 1 x Grasp of the Hieromancer 1 x Nightsnare 1 x Plains 1 x Island The 23rd card was Healing Hands, but I have no idea if that's right. Could be Ox, Could be piker Scaab, could be Terror. I actually built this accidentally with 2 Dismissals main, but I am pretty sure that's wrong. I think Ox+Hands are good for aggro. Deck won, even beating Gaea's Revenge in 2 games (losing game 1 when he curved out and I mulled to 6). The competing wincons (fliers + flier lord) and tutelage was pretty challenging to manage, but at least they both play well with walls. |

Deck was pretty good against my son's UG, although he did win a game with 1 card left in his library. |
