Monk Realist is fine. It isn't good but isn't bad. 3/3 with no drawbacks is nice in this deck.

Also, beware taking a lot of echo guys in green. Like the green guys are generally bigger but they are annoying regenerators and other cards that will prevent them from getting through. So, while the 2/2 for one with echo is cool, it burns your tempo advantage which is big in this format.
