Three colors is agonizingly rough. Unless we get some SERIOUS fixing, we aren't going to end up running the lightning angel. But really, what WOULD we run out of this pack? Clergy en-Vec? That has about as much chance of making our deck as the angel does and the clergy is significantly cruddier, and if it does it's because we're in a bad place rather than a good one. Take the angel.

remember, guys, 3/4 flying haste vigilance is good for most of the game. if we don't land the mana for it on turn 4, it's ok. which means it's not a super painful splash, especially in such a slow format.

Angel all the way. if we get like 0 fixing maybe toss it but who knows man.

I must be the only fan of Vodalian Merchant. A 1/2 body for two that lets you cycle your hand isn't terrible.
