is blue good in theros?

Blue is very flexible and has some of the key cards in the format (voyage's end and griptide for instance). It usually plays more of a support role (i.e., the other color dictates the strategy), but it's almost always a good addition.

It's just not very good. If you flash it in to block with it, then it almost always dies, making it a really bad divine verdict. As a creature, it's pretty irrelevant, being a 3/2 for 4. It's only ever relevant when you are able to untap a bigger creature to use that creature as a blocker, but that situation happens far less often than you may think. I mean, look at our deck. What big creature do we have that we are likely to attack with and would like to use as a blocker?

Am I bad for wanting Asphodel Wanderer? I really hated that chump until I realized how nice a lategame-relevant 1-drop could be, but having played with him he seems decent.

No, you're not bad. I was seriously considering it. However, it's very likely we'll see another one in the future at a point that we won't be fretting about taking it over something else.

Oh, the negative tempo play! I could maybe see it in a deck that really wants 1 drops for aggro anyway (like bunch of ordeals).

Well, here's your other wanderer. I think I prefer bounty however.

Yeah, I guess bounty can be our curve topper.

I'm very surprised to see a Staunch-Hearted Warrior this late. No one at the table must be white/green.

I absolutely hate Thassa's Bounty, but I guess we got to take it.

march of the returned is better card draw (not a current choice)

I've never played thassa's bounty but it has made decks.
It's less like to come again than Asphodel Wanderer

Not that my memory is this good but this pack had 2 rares, wingsteed, savage surge and voyaging satyr. So there's no signal here. Also the next pack has a bounty. I don't like wanderer so I am going to hate the enchantrip, chosen. No one needs to wheel that.

Perfectly acceptable Scourgemark? Or do we take the Kiss?

Viper's Kiss

This is relevant removal against many decks. Kills Vaporkin and various aggro starters, disables Voyaging Satyr. Scourgemark is very good if you have Heroes, and just decent otherwise.

Kiss. Not sure what mark would do for us.

That makes sense. Viper's Kiss it is.

Mark cycles itself and makes a threat better. But really, it cycles itself. A -1/-1 counter/situational removal spell is never better than drawing a card. Drawing cards is one of the most powerful things you can do in magic, and in 40card decks it's that much better.
