Nature's Panoply is pretty bad but it's better for us than Market Festival at this point I think. I don't think we'll play either one.

Market Festival

It looks like overkill, but we have four Strive spells so far, and Festival gets us to the point where we can target three creatures. We also have a five-mana hero, two Lava Axes, and some bestow. As you say, we may end up playing neither, and with Festival, I at least know why I'd want to put it in.

So we ramp into market so on T4 we can cast our 5-drops? Isn't that, like, doable with our multiple hinds?

I actually think we might want the Insight here. We don't have a huge number of enchantments but there is another pack. Panoply is very bad, and while I get that there might be a place for Market Festival for weird late fixing it seems janky.

If Insight cycled cards to the bottom I'd be more inclined to take it, but dropping key cards in the graveyard with no way to recover them is psychologically damaging and can put you on tilt. It's why people hate playing against mill decks! :teach:

Panopoly is a meh trigger for heroic we mostly don't have.
Market Festival is superfluous ramp unless we get a ton of strive or fatties next pack. Also fixing I guess.
Insight isn't likely to draw us many cards at this point, but there's always next pack, and the idea of getting double font of ire off this is appealing.
