They're both two-power three drops, but one has pro-red and flash while other has pro-blue and cycling. It's pretty close, but I like the potential for a combat trick coupled with the resiliency to removal.

A cycling cheap combat trick seems somewhat playable. Although I guess it only turns a trade into a win.
