Um, modular needs other artifact creatures to work. We don't really have those, so Worker does nothing.
I say Essence Drain. Our curve's pretty low and most of our creatures are too weak to take on our opponent's guys, so expensive removal is okay.

I stand by my decision. With all the removal we don't have we could use some.
A 1/1 for 1 doesn't really do anything for us, unless we get more usable artifact creatures.
