Hatchling for me. Wither is just so powerful it's worth it even though it is likely, as Razor says, to build up more slowly.

All these cards seem pretty bad. Conception at least only requires you draw lands at the end of the game.

Dream Thief or Conception. mixed formats are generally slower since it's harder to put synergies together, which actually makes both cards better, so that's no help. I'm gonna say Conception because it can take over the game.
