This is a really bad pack for us; Decree is too expensive and we can't splash a WW cost, I don't think.

either scout or Kurgadon. scout helps on the DRAFT ALL ELVES plan, but really we only have two hardcore elf enablers, three if you count pride. but for Kurgadon most of our 6+ drops are morphs that we'll probably be playing earlier, so I don't know if he'll get there. I guess scout.

scout is an evasive elf, it works great with Timberwatch.
