warrior is so bad in this deck I am tempted to take hunt the hunter or one of the enchantrips. I guess that's "no pick"

Staunch is fine. We still need to drop our curve.

Hunt. Warrior is bad without enablers, and we already have one.

This is where we're at right now:

Sedge Scorpion
Omenspeaker
Nessian Courser
Staunch-Hearted Warrior
Nylea's Disciple
Prophet of Kruphix
Sealock Monster
Sealock Monster
Nessian Asp
Vulpine Goliath
Nemesis of Mortals

Voyage's End
Savage Surge
Fade into Antiquity
Curse of the Swine
Time to Feed
Fate Foretold

I would rather play a Warrior over the second Monster, and definitely over Hunt, which isn't playable in the majority of our matches. Basically, we're in a situation where we need a 4-drop to lower our curve.

A 2/2 for four is a trap. It makes you think you have a four-drop, but it's almost unplayable with the amount of enablers (2) we have.

I agree our curve is too high, we need to get rid of the Goliath and a Monster, I just don't think Warrior can help us. It's just an overcosted bear.

Normally I would agree. But normally I wouldn't first-pick prophet either. Nor night howler p3.

We also have 3 enablers and (I think) 19 picks to go. Warrior performs amazingly well when you have enablers, and open mana and threat of activation is a strategy.

I guess I pick warrior after all. But I expect I'd rather play 2xSealock than 2xS.H.Warriors. On the off chance we pick up 2 ordeals and triton tactics I guess warrior might be useful. And Hunt the hunter just isn't going to matter.

Opaline unicorn

Ramp and lowers are curve? I'll take it.

This may be a deck yet. Now all we need are low-curve attackers, as opposed to ground fodder!

Sure, Unicorn. And blockers would work too, as long as the curve goes down.
