More garbage we aren;t in color for. *sigh*

Trip spirits is far cruddier than Air Elemental. It's a great call pack 1 and a potentially powerful card, but to really make it work you need a low end that supports convoking it an further cards that help you execute a token strategy. We don't have that, and we needed to go all-in early if we hoped to get it.

They are going to moulder on our sideboard, or our deck is going to be so disjointed as to be nearly incapable of winning.

We are only dedicated red, and already have a couple of two and three drops. Red has tons more 1-3 drops at common so we'll probably be putting out Spirits on turn 4. Any cathars, Skirmishers, or Raise the Alarms we pick up this pack are only going to further that strategy. We aren't in any color besides red right now, so we might as well pick up the good white that has been gifted to us now and polish off red as we can. Nobody else seems to be in red so we should prioritize white pack 2 since we won't see any next pack, but we'll most likely have a few red options available during this pack too.

I had this exact same thing happen to me in a paper draft, except that I had P1P1 Seraph, no other white cards in Pack 1 just a random jumble of red and black. Pack 2 I crack Cone of Flame and Scuttling Doom Engine. I take the Cone.

I was passed two trip spirits early in pack 2 (like picks 2 and 3) picked every playable white card for 2 packs and went RW- mostly white even.

I still only went 1-2 because I didn't have many early drops and ran into 2 green decks. Of course losing 0-2 in round 3 to the Scuttling Doom Engine I passed (twice), while never drawing cone of flame in 8 games.

M15 is super odd. I think "everyone" speculates on white pack 1 but drops it pack 2 so you can get playables pack 3.
