Pandemonium and Hellspark. We don't have to play Flamebreak, and it's not like CCC is terribly hard, anyways. Man, if I spent more time thinking about it and thought Pandemonium would come back around to us, I would have snapped up that Ghostly Flicker last pack.

Edit: That's what I get for not paying attention to the built-in forum warning telling me I was ninja'd.

Delver of Secrets (as if we take a card that's usually worse than a land over an evasive creature. We already have four playable instants and sorceries from pack one, and being in U/R that trend is likely to continue. Also note that when delver transforms it becomes immune to flamebreak)

Fungal Reaches

Again, I dislike rituals unless drafting a storm deck or something like that, so...

Delver + reach.

That's a little silly. We may not even play pandemonium. Hate drafting P2P1 is a huge waste, especially with so many good potential picks! Only reason to pick resto is if we plan on splashing for it. Not sure if that's worth the trouble though.

Dungeon Geists is evasion, removal and has synergy with counterpart, so that's my pick.

Rest is so tempting but if I had this pack I'd take the Geists

I really want to go for a aggro deck now...getting the ember hauler or krenko's command (no mogg war marshal? :( ) and then picking up manabarbs on the wheel sounds really good for an aggro deck.

That said, Geists also is a great 4-drop for an aggro deck, and probably a stronger card overall. Definitely prefer it over hatedrafting.

Wow, this pack is really shallow for us. An overcosted removal (thunder was always great when you had the possibility to cycle it, but otherwise, it's pretty lacking compared to other stuff we could get), or the ninja. Nothing we can really splash for either... I think ninja is my pick. Slight synergy with looter, geist, manticore, pandemonium and, to an extent, hellspark (if only because people rarely bother blocking it). Not *super* excited about it, but it's not terrible either.

Uhhhhhhhhhh

Bolas? I wouldn't want to be against that thing with our deck as it is. Or resounding thunder for some more in color removal, its not that impressive sadly but take what you can get I guess. I would be okay with ninja as well, that card always did really well when I drafted kamigawa.

I'm gonna cast a vote for Bolas though don't expect us to take him in the end. I like the idea of opening up black for us a bit if one of our colors starts drying up.

edit: jsut realized there are two cards with bolas in the title, I'm taking the planeswalker.

I'll cast a vote for Fathom Mage over Ninja. I wouldn't mind going into the Riku Wedge, and Green was open late last pack. We might see it again; we already have support with Reaches.

I could see similar reasoning for Disciple of Bolas, in that 3C is not difficult to splash, and like Thoughtflare, helps us refill hands.
