Taking Ritual is not the right pick. What are you talking about? I'd rather have Terashi's Grasp or Thundering Giant because these are cards we could play. The composition of our deck is already worse from taking suboptimal cards earlier and taking ritual is a stone blank. Let's take a real card (not imp either, that's not playable in our deck).

Woah, I never said it was the right pick.

I just said I want to secretly draft Storm because a Desperate Ritual tabled which means nobody is actually drafting Storm.

If you want to take the card we are most likely to play, grab Terashi's Grasp, because it can kill Rebel Pacifism.

And to answer your question Zenbitz, you want to take all the Desperate Rituals you can, but Grinning Ingus is also a great choice to take. Ideally, you have 3+ Rituals, but you can manage with 2 if they are Grinning Inguses (Ingusi? Inguise? Inguys?)

This is not 5-color. This is a pile that wants to be 5-colors. Our win condition right now is a fat curve, supplemented by some slow ramp/fixing and a combat trick. We are passing the wurm/dredge deck though; that would've been fun to draft.

Yeah, somebody mentioned Reach being bad before, but it served me well (the one and only time) when I drafted the format. Alongside the ramp, it actually seems really good.
