This pack frightens and confuses me. Wingsteed rider, but I have no idea how we are going to get enough white playables... we have 4. We have to run 9 white sources to run them (at least). We need at least 8 white cards.

If you guys needed a reason to force playing our White cards, now we have one. It's a relief, though, that White is deep in the format. We should find enough playables if we search for them.

Rider.

5th pick Wingsteed Rider is interesting, but white might get cut hard from the right in pack 3. I still agree with taking the Wingsteed Rider.

I feel like this is a little late into the draft to switch colors (we've drafted a pretty determined blue red thus far.)

Amulet. Lets us splash white more easily without being such a risk.

Crusader can work even if we cut White in the end, and will be great if we manage to get White cards. I'm still a fan of Cyclops, though, and wouldn't mind grabing it.

Cyclops.

We are not heroic enough for the Crusader. And this is Asp number three we were passed in this pack.

Cyclops and I guess maybe hope that 3 Nessian asps is too much for a single deck that's not running 3 voyaging satyrs?

Last Breath. It, like spark jolt, got a lot better in BNG.

Nothing really good in the pack, so I'm taking the card that'll help us play our White cards.

Philosopher.

First question is - how bad do we need a bear? I guess not terribly at this stage.

I like Portent. It can steal their big guy for a win or trigger phalanx leader in an emergency. I have a bad feeling we might need THEIR win con to actually win. Last breath isn't bad either.
