Pernicious Deed in a multiplayer format? Yes please. I honestly didn't look at the rest of the pack.

I did look at the rest of the pack, and it's actually a scarily close call between Deed and Worldknit (We COULD take another wolf, but over Deed? That would be STUPID.)

My vote is to USE COGWORK LIBRARIAN TO GET BOTH DEED AND WORLDKNIT.

We're a full pack in and don't have ANYTHING at all we don't want to play. this is... pretty normal, for conspiracy. There's not a lot of drek.

Hm. But the colors are pretty darned consistent right now (and by that I mean effectively mono-green).
Do you really need the worldnit?

Trust me, it's a good idea. Worldknit, uniquely, allows us to start just grabbing the strongest card ignoring color. We were heavily consistent in p1, but still got enclave elite, and now we're branching into black. the end result of taking worldknit would probably still be mostly green (we cut it hard, so we might get high quality green going forward), but able to splash red for burn, black for kill, blue for evasion, and white for... i dunno, some will of the council fun?

Our deck will be stronger for it, enough so that it's worth the opportunity cost of Cogwork Librarian to see.

Really, though, if we had an Agent of Acquisitions this pack might not be a bad place to blow it. 'cause worldknit.

This. Get all the goodies!! Draft every bomb, keep on the lookout for a Cogwork Grinder and win the draft!

I agree - play cogwork librarian and take worldknit and pernicious need (which is just like the best card in multiplayer ever).

I don't understand the "as long as... " what card or effect are we trying to not break with the conditional on worldknit?

We're trying not to break the whole of MTG with Worldknit, cause otherwise it would be beyond nuts. The wording probably has something to do with cards like Cogwork Grinder that remove things from your card pool.

Oh, I don't know, haven't you seen the Birds of Paradise avatar on MtGO? It has the same ability, with no restrictions. Then there is Dakkon Blackblade, which lets you play colored cards as lands that produce that color of mana.

Admittedly, those can only be played in constructed.

Pernicious Deed, but hold librarian, we're only on pick 1 of pack 2, we should see more of the pool before using it.

We now have a worldknit

Options here:
Sky Spirit
Brago's Favor
Deathreap Ritual

I'd prefer one of the first two -- Brago's on wolves, or Sky Spirit 'cause its good. To pick just one... I'll go with Sky Spirit. We already have wolves at cost 3. while bringing them to 2 would be nice (and command zone cards are really good for us right now), evasion is one of the things we didn't have before.

Deathreap Ritual. It should draw you cards almost every turn, and now we don't have to worry about decking ourselves!

Oh now I get worldknit. You actually have to play a 60+ card deck. So if we want to play worldknit we have to play Relic Crush I actually new this when the card was spoiled by my brain broke.

Doesn't worldknit have text that reads "kill this player first"?

Oh, and Deathreap ritual seems good. Brago's Favor is a common, but I liked the idea of naming wolves.

There's a lot of good in this pack.

Tyrant's Choice
Grudge Keeper
Air Servant
Soulcatcher

and other stuff that should go later. Aether Searcher is potentially neat, but could also be a bit of a dud if the next pack doesn't contain a big ticket item, ESPECIALLY compared to the previously listed cards.

For me, it ultimately comes down between the Air Servant and the Tyrant's Choice. Tyrant's choice is awesome. the worse outcome is slapping the table around for 4*opponents, and if somebody just landed a bomb on an empty board, it's gone. Air servant is evasive beats, and that's awesome, but it's less awesome in multiplayer when you can't tapdown your opponent's fliers on their turn before attacks as a matter of course, since you don't know if they'll be pointed at you until it's too late, which badly weakens its defensive value (even we won't have enough mana to lock all fliers on a decently sized board and still do stuff.)

Either one is a solid pick, but I'm going to vote for Tyrant's Choice and jump ship to Servant only if Choice becomes a nader vote.
